Refund policy

 

Article 1
Purpose and scope of application

  1. The purpose of this refund policy (hereinafter referred to as "This Policy") is to set forth the terms and conditions for the provision of the Service and the rights and obligations between the bellow site's owner (hereinafter referred to as "d4") and the user of the bellow site (hereinafter referred to as "The User").   2. This Policy defines the refund when the contracts between d4 and The User (hereinafter referred to as "The Contracts") was legally terminated.

 

Article 2
Agreement

The User must agree to This Policy by reading the entirety before using This Site and services of This Site.

 

Article 3
Basic policy regarding refund

  1. After The Contracts described in the preceding paragraph are established, The User may cancel The Contracts only before the shipping procedure is completed, and after the shipping procedure is completed, for whatever reason, The User may not cancel The Contracts.
  2. The User can request a refund for d4 only in the cases specified in the following items.
    1. When The User cancels based on the preceding paragraph
    2. When cancellation is made by The User due to default of d4's debt
    3. When the agreement for cancellation with refund is established in writing between The User and d4
    4. If The User overpays

 

Article 4
Refund procedure

  1. If a refund request can be made based on each item of Paragraph 2 of the preceding article, d4 will carry out the refund procedure by the method specified in the following items.
    1. When paying with a credit card or PayPal
      Refund processing will be performed through the card company. The actual refund period depends on the credit card company used.
    2. When payment is made by cash on delivery or convenience store payment
      Remittance procedures shall be carried out within 30 days, starting from the day after The User has contacted d4 with information about the refund account. This does not apply if there is an error in the refund information.
  2. When d4 refunds to The User based on each item of paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the remittance fee shall be borne by The User, and at the time of remittance, d4 may deduct the remittance fee.
  3. In the case of each item of Paragraph 2 of the preceding article, The User shall pay the cost of the return of products to d4. If d4 paid that cost on behalf of The User, d4 may deduct the amount equivalent to the recovery at the time of refund.
  4. In the case of each item of Paragraph 2 of the preceding article, and when remittance in a foreign currency is required, d4 shall refund not the amount based on the exchange rate at the time of performing the refund but the amount actually received by d4.
  5. Even when The User has obligations to deal with, including return processing, if The User does not fulfill such obligations, d4 may suspend the refund procedure, etc. until The User fulfills the obligation, and shall not be obliged to be responsible for any damages of The User.

 

Article 5
Matters not specified in This Policy

  1. If there is no stipulation in This Policy, the terms of use stipulated in d4 shall be followed.
  2. In case of conflict with the content of This Policy and the terms of use, the display of the terms of use shall be given priority over the description in This Policy.

 

Article 6
Language

There are Japanese and English versions of This Policy. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency in the description, the Japanese version will prevail for any document.

 

Article 7
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Japan.
  2. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with This Policy or the service of d4 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Okayama District Court of Japan in the first instanc

 

Article 8
Amendment

d4 reserves the right to amend or change This Policy when d4 finds it necessary. In the event of any amendment or change to This Policy, d4 shall inform the effective time and content of This Policy amended or changed by posting on the Website or other appropriate way. After the modification is made, This Policy modified shall apply and The User accepts it.
